CyGoose Beta: Gaggle for Cytoscape 2.3
This plugin gives any network in Cytoscape full access to the Gaggle. The Gaggle is a tool to create a data exploration and analysis environment.
In our initial work, we used Cytoscape 1.x. We have now built this plugin which gives the current version of Cytoscape access to the Gaggle.

1. Start Gaggle Boss .
2. Click here to launch Cytoscape 2.3 with Gaggle plugin, or use one of the following organism specific bundles.
